Job Summary: My Coffee Co. is seeking an experienced and skilled Coffee Connoisseur to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, creating memorable moments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee kiosks.

Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to our brand's recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, create a welcoming atmosphere, and provide recommendations and upsell beverages or food items based on customer preferences.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and utensils, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations as per local laws and brand standards.
• Order Management: Take accurate customer orders, ensure timely preparation and delivery, and manage multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, reporting low inventory levels or any discrepancies to the kiosk manager.
• Skill Development: Continuously improve barista skills, including latte art and advanced brewing techniques, attending training sessions and workshops organized by the company.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts, assisting in training new baristas or support staff as needed.
• Customer Engagement: Encourage customers to participate in loyalty programs or promotions, building rapport with regular customers to enhance brand loyalty.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily maintenance and minor troubleshooting of coffee machines and grinders, reporting any equipment malfunctions or damages to the kiosk manager immediately.
• Compliance: Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) outlined by the company, adhering to company policies regarding uniforms, punctuality, and customer interaction.

Salary Information: We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
