We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support the initiatives driven by the CPO Office. This role offers hands-on experience across strategic marketing, internal communications, and cross-functional projects. The intern will work closely with the Chief People/Products Office, supporting campaigns, research, and engagement initiatives that enhance brand positioning, and stakeholder communication.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist in planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns aligned with CPO Office priorities.
  • Support internal communications (emails, newsletters, intranet updates, social posts) to engage employees and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights for ongoing projects.
  • Create marketing collaterals including presentations, infographics, and reports for leadership communication.
  • Assist in organizing internal events, engagement activities, and leadership workshops.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for strategic initiatives led by the CPO Office.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and ability to contribute ideas for campaigns and content.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and social media management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to research, summarize, and present data.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Internship/academic project experience in marketing, branding will be an advantage.
