This is a 360° sales role, ideal for a strategic, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Responsibilities:Own the full sales lifecycle for enterprise accounts: discovery, tours, negotiation, closure, and post-sale account managementDevelop tailored, consultative solutions for tenants, aligning workspace offerings to business requirementsBuild and nurture partnerships with landlords, operators, and other agents to maximise revenue and unlock strategic opportunitiesConvert opportunities into revenue and growth for the businessLeverage our CRM and analytics to maintain pipelines, track opportunities, monitor account performance, and capture actionable insightsCollaborate with your team for consistent delivery and success across sales, negotiations, and relationship managementWho We’re Looking ForExperience in flexible workspace sales or commercial real estateImpressive track record closing dealsStrong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and commercial acumenExceptional communicator, confident on phone, video, and in-personSelf-motivated, resilient, and capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environmentBonus Points:Competitive spirit and hunger to exceed targetsSense of humour and ability to bring energy to the teamWhat Are the Perks?
