We are Hiring | State Head – Solar Panel Sales (MP / Chhattisgarh)Location: Madhya Pradesh or ChhattisgarhExperience: 10+ years in Solar Industry Sales & Business DevelopmentQualification: Graduation (MBA preferred)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced State Head to lead our solar panel sales and business development operations in Madhya Pradesh or Chhattisgarh . This is a core channel sales leadership role , focused on driving business growth through distribution network expansion and achieving high-volume sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic plans to achieve state-level sales targets.Create and expand new distribution channels to strengthen market presence.Drive business development initiatives and identify new opportunities for growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders.Lead, mentor, and manage the state sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to senior management.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 10+ years in solar panel sales and business development , with strong exposure to channel sales.Proven ability to deliver high business volumes and meet aggressive targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Education: Graduation is mandatory; MBA preferred.Perks & BenefitsLucrative Incentive Structure based on performance.Medical Insurance for you and your family.
