● Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
● Identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
● Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
● Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
● Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
● Assist in developing customer support strategies and best practices.
● Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for continuous improvement.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and customer support guidelines.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
● Proven experience in a customer support role
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
● Proficiency in customer support software and tools.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
● Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Salary - 18,000 to 22,000 Per month
