You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.The SME role will require making strategies and sales presentations to potential business heads.Subject Matter Expert will lead blueprints for new business awarded to Genpact and provide consultancy services for Finance Shared Service Centers setup.Subject Matter Expert is responsible for driving thought leadership around best-in-class processes and best practice sharing. He has to lead the designing of effective End to End process framework for our new and existing customers in line with Genpact cornerstones and actively support operations to get best in class performance.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead complex finance & accounting blueprints with many countries/ regions in scope.- Lead RFX submissions for new Customers.- Provide sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities as a result of due diligence expertise.- Lead business meetings with potential new clients for Genpact as part of Sales cycle.
