Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Finance located in Delhi. The Vice President of Finance will oversee financial planning, manage financial statements, and ensure robust financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks include developing financial strategies, conducting financial analysis, and guiding financial decisions to support the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, analysis, and forecasting processes to support business expansion.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management to ensure financial discipline.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive revenue growth and improve margins.
  • Establish and maintain internal financial controls, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market fluctuations and supply chain disruptions.
  • Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Drive M&A opportunities and strategic partnerships within the consumer goods sector.
  • Lead and develop the finance team to improve financial processes and decision-making.
