About the Position --AGM-HR OPERATIONS
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a pleasing personality and exceptional communication skills, based in Delhi/NCR and working in HR Operations with a reputed company. Minimum 15 years of experience is required for this role.

Implementing HRIS & PMS systems
Must be Excellent in Power Point Presentation
Exceptional Communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
Must be based in Delhi NCR
Qualifications
MBA-HR with exceptional presentation and communication skills and a pleasing personality.
Proven track record as a people manager, strong on data analysis, strong understanding of policies and procedures, ability to think outside the box, and having a solution-centric approach.
