Job Summary:
YLAA is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Relations Intern to support our sales team. In this role, you will assist in reaching out to potential students interested in our aviation exam training programs. This is a great opportunity for students who want to gain experience in customer engagement and sales support. The role involves making calls, sharing program information, and assisting with follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with cold calls to potential students and introduce them to our training programs.
Support in responding to inquiries, scheduling follow-up calls, and maintaining customer records.
Collaborate with the sales representative to prepare and organize materials for customer meetings.
Update customer details in the CRM system and ensure follow-up reminders are set.
Occasionally visit customer sites with senior representatives for hands-on experience in customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a graduation degree (any field).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to build rapport with customers.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and willingness to learn CRM tools.
Availability to work part-time with some flexibility for travel if required.
