Catalogue and Onboarding Manager

Build, update, and maintain the Dil Foods HoReCa catalogue (Indian gravies, sauces, snacks, desserts, premixes, etc.).
Coordinate with Culinary/R&D for new launches and Supply Chain for phasing out/adding SKUs.
Maintain visual assets and work with design teams for catalogue-ready images.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth transition from signing to first order.
Train partner staff on product usage, thawing, storage, and kitchen SOPs.
Ensure partners are on boarded onto Dil Foods’ POS systems and ordering processes.
Work with Tech/ERP/POS teams to ensure catalogue accuracy in all digital systems.
Excellent written communication and ability to translate product/culinary details into partner-friendly content.
Strong relationship-building and training skills for outlet on-boarding.
Analytical mindset to interpret partner performance and product adoption.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with POS/ERP systems.
Project management ability to handle multiple catalogue updates and on-boarding cycles simultaneously.
Qualifications & Experience
~ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
