The Vice President of Strategy will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s strategic plans. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring the company’s long-term success in a highly competitive automotive industry. The VP of Strategy will work closely with the executive team to align strategic objectives with the company’s vision and operational goals. Strategic Planning: Lead the formulation of the company’s long-term strategy, aligning with market trends and business goals. Identify growth opportunities in existing and emerging markets, including product diversification and geographic expansion. Market Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct in-depth market research to anticipate industry shifts and emerging trends. Provide strategic insights to the executive team based on data-driven analysis. # Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and adjust plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes. # Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor the strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance. Provide guidance to cross-functional teams involved in strategic projects. Financial Analysis and Budgeting: Analyze the financial impact of strategic decisions and provide recommendations to optimize profitability. Present strategic plans and financial forecasts to the board of directors and stakeholders. # Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote the company’s strategic vision. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in strategic roles, preferably within the automotive industry or related sectors. Strong understanding of the automotive market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
