What you will do:
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned You Tube Specialist to lead and optimize our You Tube strategy. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in content creation, channel management, and performance analytics, driving brand growth and engagement through video.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive You Tube strategy.
Manage video content creation, from ideation to production and publishing.
Optimize You Tube SEO, tags, and metadata to boost visibility.
Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to align You Tube efforts with overall marketing goals.
Identify and collaborate with influencers/creators to expand audience reach.
Stay updated on You Tube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Plan and manage video ad campaigns for maximum impact.
Experiment with formats like shorts, live streams, and community posts to engage viewers.
Who you are:
Proven experience in You Tube management and content strategy (8-12 years).
Strong understanding of You Tube algorithms, analytics, and growth strategies.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to drive innovation and creativity in video content.
