Hello,


We are hiring for Youtube Channel Manager for Mumbai location.


Location : Vile Parle East


Key Responsibilities:

Channel Management:


Manage and maintain Orthosquare's YouTube channel.

Upload and schedule videos with optimized metadata, including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.

Content Creation:


Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content (patient testimonials, procedural walkthroughs, FAQs, and brand stories).

Coordinate with dentists and specialists for expert video features.

SEO Optimization:


Implement best practices for video SEO to increase reach and visibility.

Use YouTube analytics to track video performance and refine content strategies.

Community Engagement:


Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly.

Foster a sense of community by engaging with the audience and encouraging subscriptions and likes.

Performance Analysis:


Use tools like YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and third-party software to analyze channel growth and audience demographics.

Create reports highlighting KPIs, including views, watch time, CTR, and engagement rates.

Growth Strategy:


Develop strategies to increase subscribers, video views, and audience retention.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align YouTube strategies with broader digital campaigns.

Collaboration & Partnerships:


Identify potential collaborations with influencers, patients, and other brands to create co-branded content.

Coordinate with internal departments to showcase new treatments, technologies, or milestones.


Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or related field.


Experience:

Proven experience managing YouTube channels with a track record of growth.

Experience in basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).

Skills:

Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and analytics.

Excellent storytelling and content development skills.

Creative and proactive mindset with attention to detail.

Strong project management and organizational abilities.
