As we expand, we are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team and support our HR functions.




About the Role:



We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented YouTube Specialist to drive affiliate marketing efforts and manage YouTube content creators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing YouTube creators, optimizing video content for engagement, and understanding affiliate marketing strategies. In this role, you'll focus on building and nurturing relationships with YouTube creators, helping them grow their channels while maximizing affiliate revenue.




Responsibilities:



  • Build and Manage Creator Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing YouTube content creators. Act as the primary point of contact, addressing creators' needs, offering strategic guidance, and ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
  • Creator Support and Engagement: Provide ongoing support to YouTube creators, helping them optimize content strategies to increase engagement, views, and conversions. Ensure that creators meet deadlines and adhere to product guidelines in their videos.
  • Content Strategy and Collaboration: Collaborate with creators to develop content strategies that resonate with their audiences while driving affiliate sales. Provide actionable feedback to enhance video content, optimize thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and calls to action (CTAs).
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze video performance and affiliate metrics (click-through rates, conversions, etc.) to identify trends, optimize content strategies, and improve results. Provide actionable insights to creators and internal teams to boost KPIs.
  • YouTube Platform Expertise: Stay current with YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and best practices for video optimization and audience engagement. Leverage YouTube analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy) to assess video performance and inform strategies.
  • Affiliate Program Management: Ensure creators are using affiliate links effectively and optimizing their videos for maximum conversion. Track affiliate sales and adjust strategies as necessary to meet revenue goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure that creator content and affiliate promotions align with broader business objectives and branding initiatives.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide educational resources and ongoing training to creators on YouTube best practices, video optimization, and affiliate marketing strategies to ensure high performance and sustained growth.


Qualifications:



Experience: 2-3 years of experience in YouTube management, digital marketing, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing, specifically with a focus on YouTube or similar video platforms.



YouTube Expertise: Deep understanding of YouTube’s algorithm, video SEO, content formats, and audience engagement strategies. Familiarity with YouTube tools (e.g., YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics) and third-party optimization platforms like TubeBuddy or VidIQ.



Video Content Knowledge: Basic understanding of video content creation, including video production, editing, optimization, and thumbnail design. Experience with YouTube video optimization techniques to enhance visibility and engagement.



Relationship Management: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple creator partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.



Data-Driven: Analytical mindset with experience using performance tracking tools to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates. Ability to work with data to drive decisions and improve results.



Up-to-Date with Trends: Passion for staying on top of YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure creators' content remains relevant and maximizes performance.
