Role Overview
As the Business Development Manager, you'll be at the frontline of growth at Barcode. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and building lasting relationships with clients. Working closely with our talented sales, marketing, and creative teams, you’ll be pivotal in shaping Barcode’s next chapter in India and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition : Proactively identify, engage, and convert potential clients in need of influencer marketing solutions, driving end-to-end sales cycles.
- Relationship Management : Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging influencer opportunities to keep Barcode at the cutting edge of influencer marketing.
- Collaborative Strategy : Partner with internal teams to design tailored influencer campaigns that align with client goals, leveraging insights and market data.
- Revenue Growth : Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, while contributing ideas and strategies to expand Barcode’s client portfolio and market presence.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience : 3-5 years in business development, sales, or client relations, ideally within digital marketing, advertising, or influencer marketing.
- Network : A well-established network in the digital, media, or influencer space is a strong advantage.
- Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling and persuasion.
- Adaptability : Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is ready to adapt to the evolving needs of clients and the market.
- Mindset : Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented with a passion for building lasting client relationships and driving growth.
