This position is ideal for students and recent graduates looking to gain real-world experience in client operations and business support. In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams to support client delivery processes, communication,data entry and project coordination in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:1.Client Coordination & SupportAssist with day-to-day client communications and ensure timely follow-upsHelp manage task lists, deadlines, and deliverables for ongoing projectsSupport internal teams in tracking project progress and reporting status updates2.Operational AssistanceMaintain documentation, able to handle records of data(data entry) and ensure data accuracy across client records and reportsCoordinate scheduling and meetings using Google Calendar and SlackWork cross-functionally to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiencyTools & Technologies:Slack (team communication)Google Workspace: Docs, Google Sheets, Calendar, GmailLinkedIn & Indeed (for client-facing research/support)Microsoft Excel (basic knowledge)Strong online research skills and a willingness to learn new toolsIndustry:Technology, Information and MediaEmployment Type:Full-time
