Role Description
As an SEO Intern with prior experience, you will play a key role in enhancing the visibility and performance of a WordPress website, and other client projects. Working closely with WordPress developers and the management team, your responsibilities include:
1.Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic traffic.
Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues.
2.Content Creation and Strategy:
Create and optimize high-quality, engaging content for blogs, web pages, and social media.
Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and target audience preferences.
3.WordPress Website Management:
Update and manage website content in WordPress.
Collaborate with WordPress developers to optimize website speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
Ensure seamless integration of SEO elements within WordPress.
4.Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Track key metrics and prepare detailed reports to evaluate the effectiveness of SEO strategies.
5.Collaborative Projects:
Work with the WordPress development team to ensure the website meets design, functionality, and SEO goals.
Provide input for marketing campaigns and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
Experience : Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO and WordPress.
Proficiency in using SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO principles.
Knowledge of WordPress content management, including themes, plugins, and optimization.
Content writing and editing skills with a focus on SEO-friendly content.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office for reporting and analysis.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
