Product Manager- Platform/ CX: Wishlink Wishlink is a well-funded startup, on a mission to shape the creator economy and change how people shop. Our mission is to build a hyper-personalised shopping experience for every user, which is creator-led, so that every user can get exactly what they are looking for. We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did) The way people shop online is changing. Users are tired of spending hours browsing humongous catalogs on eCommerce marketplaces just to find a single piece of apparel they like. They need curation, and they need trusted reviews - which is what Wishlink is bringing with the help of content creators. In just 3 years of existence, Wishlink is used by over 900k users daily to discover and shop products online. Growth Opportunity We are working with over 50,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more. Enhance User Experience : Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and implement improvements for seamless creator journeys. Define and Deliver Solutions : Collaborate with tech, design, product and business teams to define clear product roadmaps and deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions Design, execute, and analyze experiments to validate ideas and optimize platform performance. Data-Driven Decision Making : Leverage analytics to track feature performance and guide decisions for improving engagement and retention Product Management Experience : 2+ years of experience as a PM with 1+ years as a Platform / CX PM in a tech-first organization, with a preference for experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or fintech. Strong ability to analyze and interpret user behavior to guide product improvements and enhance experiences. Hands-on experience managing tools like Webengage, LSQ, GA, etc. and internal CRMs or dashboards. Data-Driven Approach : Proficiency in leveraging data analytics for decision-making and performance tracking. Scalability Focus : Experience designing and managing systems and features that can scale with user growth.
