The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve conversions and expand product reach- Monitor daily sales performance, analyse key metrics, and prepare MIS reports- Handle escalated client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction- Maintain CRM accuracy and optimize the sales pipeline for efficiency and growth- Train team members on sales scripts, product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques- Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams for smooth campaign execution and workflow- Conduct daily review meetings, track performance, and motivate the team to achieve targetsRequirements- 6–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development- Mandatory experience in team handling and target-driven sales environments- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English- Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills- Highly target-oriented with a proactive and growth-focused mindset- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reportingWhy Join US- Opportunity to lead the sales function of one of India’s fastest-growing drop shipping platforms- Fast-paced, collaborative, and performance-driven work culture- Attractive salary with performance-based incentives- Strong career growth, leadership exposure, and continuous learning opportunities
