Join our team and be part of our exciting journey to redefine serviced accommodation solutions for Korean expatriate professionals in India. - Develop new markets and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize. - Identify and pursue business opportunities with Corporate clients, Relocation agencies and Embassies. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. - Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and show around to prospective clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations , Guest Relations, Procurement and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution. - Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to senior management. Requirements What we ask for:- - Ability to lead independently in a fast-paced environment. - Must have existing relationships with expatriate relocation agencies. - Korean language and understanding of Korean culture and preferences - This role will seamlessly develop in to Regional head > National head role managing a certain team size including Sales, Operations and Guestrelations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
