We are a bootstrapped, profitable company powered by a team with over 100+ years of combined experience in creating experiential events globally, spanning Iceland to Japan and everything in between.
What You’ll Do
TLDR: Support meta ads campaign management, content creation, and monitor analytics to amplify the impact of India’s coolest experiential brand.

As a Marketing Associate , you’ll play a pivotal role in executing our vision by managing campaigns, creating engaging content, and analysing performance to refine strategies. You’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to fostering meaningful connections and amplifying the stories of our incredible community.
Campaign Management
• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and deliver measurable impact.
Content Creation
• Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling content for email, Meta, and YouTube ads.
• Ensure all messaging reflects ExCo’s creative and community-driven ethos.
Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, deriving actionable insights to optimize effectiveness.
• Track and analyze key metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
Community Engagement
• Support initiatives to grow and engage our community of creators and founders.
• Develop innovative strategies to foster deeper connections within our community.
About You
• Experience: 1–2 years of performance marketing experience at a consumer-focused company in India.
• Skills: Strong grasp of digital marketing, particularly email marketing and Meta Ads.
• Tools: Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Canva, and email marketing tools.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization: Highly organised with a keen eye for detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn and embrace new tools and techniques.
