In this role, we expect you to:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple channels (paid social, search, display, and emerging platforms)
  • Own user acquisition targets and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs while maintaining target CAC and ROI
  • Design and implement retention marketing campaigns to improve user engagement and lifetime value
  • Analyze campaign performance data and user behavior metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing marketing assets
  • Manage and optimize marketing budget allocation across channels

Qualification:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement metrics in consumer apps/products
  • Strong expertise in paid social (Meta, Instagram, Snapchat) and search advertising platforms
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and attribution modeling
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z behavior and digital consumption patterns
  • Experience with retention marketing and user engagement strategies
  • Fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent communication skills
