Profile Snapshot


  • Own end-to-end performance marketing, from strategic planning to hands-on execution.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement against Key Result expectations.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Build creatives that enhance performance metrics and execute multiple experiments as planned.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, Plan, execute, measure, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to optimize both marketing campaigns and overall product user experience.
  • Develop and manage long-term marketing budget projections, ensuring effective resource allocation for strategic growth.
  • Have managed the scale of 1CR INR+ monthly spends
  • Experience in strategising organic growth for products - SEO, ASO, Referrals, content marketing etc



Must Haves:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta marketing and Google, and Twitter.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and Appsflyer. Ability to extract meaningful insights from data to inform marketing strategies and campaign optimizations.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing A/B experiments to test and refine marketing strategies.


Good to Haves:

  • Proficient in driving landing page optimization initiatives as an integral part of the user funnel conversion process.
  • Additional experience of running app campaigns would be a plus.
