Here are few things you might be working on day to day Social Media Marketing - Distribute content on Social Media platforms such as Linkedin, Twitter, Medium Content Distribution - Repurpose content into multiple formats - Long Blogs, Carousel posts, Snippets, Video Shorts, etc. and distribute on platforms like Linkedin, Twitter, Quora, etc. Grow Followers on Linkedin, Twitter, etc. (right kind of Followers that fit our Customer Profile) Participate in relevant conversations on Linkedin, Quora, etc. Relevant conversations are ones that talk about Developer Tools, Developer Tools Go To Market (Sales, Marketing, etc.), Go To Market best practices, etc. Create Video content - Repurpose Blogs into Video content. Record short videos using existing Thought Leadership content Conduct Zoom Webinars, Host a Podcast (Hence, this person needs to be comfortable with video as a format) Drive Community engagements, Customer Meet ups, Events. You would need strong interpersonal skills Skills that will help you excel at this job: 2 - 4 years of Content Marketing Experience for a B2 B Saa S Company Very comfortable with Social Media marketing, Content Distribution on platforms like Linkedin, Twitter, etc. Strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable engaging with people in Zoom and F2 F conversations Able to create video content, lead webinars, be a podcast host, etc. Very strong communication skills Start up mindset - Hustle, Motivation, Grit, Humility What qualities we look for in our team members? While there is no stencil for the type of people we like, there are a few traits that might make our firm a better fit for you. Work hard, hands-on and want to grow really fast. Care about your work a great deal, find it highly unsettling if the quality of work is even slightly sub-par. Execute fast.
