Job Summary:
GrowStack is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Sales Partner to drive revenue growth and establish a strong market presence. As a startup, we’re offering a unique partnership where you will earn 20% of the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for each sale you close. Beyond financial incentives, achieving $1M in revenue opens the door for a long-term partnership with potential equity in the company. This role is ideal for an independent, driven sales professional who is passionate about AI and automation technology and looking to build a legacy with a high-growth tech startup.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential clients and nurture warm leads into paying customers by presenting GrowStack’s AI-powered solutions as transformative for their business.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with GrowStack’s vision, including positioning AI-driven workflows, automation, and CRM capabilities to meet clients’ needs.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of leads, utilizing relationship-building techniques and effective follow-up to drive deals to closure.
Client Relationship Building: Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, establishing GrowStack as a trusted AI partner for their automation and productivity needs.
Product Demos & Education: Conduct tailored product demonstrations that highlight how GrowStack’s solutions can optimize business operations and meet clients’ unique needs.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, features, and client needs, enhancing the overall sales approach.
Value Proposition Articulation: Clearly communicate the benefits of GrowStack’s AI-powered solutions, explaining how they can drive efficiency, streamline operations, and foster growth.
Sales Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of GrowStack’s sales process by suggesting optimizations and utilizing our own automation tools.
Compensation & Growth Opportunity:
Commission-Based Income: Receive 20% of MRR from each closed sale, allowing for a significant earning potential based on performance.
Equity Opportunity: Upon reaching $1M in revenue, you will be eligible for company shares, transitioning into a long-term partnership with potential for equity growth.

Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the AI, automation, or CRM sectors
Strong network and ability to generate leads independently
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with AI, automation, and CRM solutions
