Dear Candidate,We have a open position for knowledge manager in Gurgaon on hybrid model.Below are the details for your reference.Kindly share CV's on or refer your friends.JD :Liaise with Master Gurus, Gurus to understand learning needs, basis content Gap create/ curate learning material for various competenciesSecondary research (analyst reports, databases, google research, etc. Sift through and collate relevant information as per the business requestPrimary Research/ Interviewing VP+ population and External experts: Interview senior G leaders to get inputs/ information that at times is not obvious (not a Q&A mode)Analyze: Ability to drive a story-line by bring in supporting analyses and synthesis; Analyze data-sets from various sources to cull out relevant business insights which for insights to the learning curriculumDeliverable writing/ Power-point decks/ Videos / Learning Modules: Well structured, story-line, MECE, top-down content is needed to be created. This will vary in complexity basis the proficiency asks from the business team.Specific Competence (Essential)Strong research and analytical skills: the ability to analyze data sets (Internal, external data-sets) and reports (analyst reports, google research)Understanding of knowledge management practices, with the ability to curate content from various sources, able to manage the content lifecycle and upkeep the quality of the knowledge libraryPrimary research/ interviewing skills: Should have exposure to interviewing senior executives to get inputs/information thats not-so-obviousOther Skillsets:Create power-point decks good story-boarding and top-down MECE presentations (CXO level facing)Project Management skills work on Initiatives and ability to handle small assignments independentlyComfort with ambiguity – We always have some unknowns to work with. The ability to make reasonable assumptions, ask questions, learn fast, and be comfortable with ambiguity is importantStrong interpersonal and communication skills – This role requires primarily working with senior leadership teams (VPs, SVPs) to seek input and as an end-customer in a team environmentEssentialMBA or equivalent2-5 years’ work experience in market/competition researchTenure – 3 monthsLocation: Genpact GurgaonMode:Shift Timings :10am to 8pm work windowCity:GurgaonMode : Hybrid (May have to be in office 3 days in a week)No of working Hours-5 days/ 10 hoursAssignment duration -3 months extendable based on performanceStart date ImmediateCommercials-Upto 7.20 lac /Month basis experience
