Job Description:
Overall responsibility for providing administrative support services to clients of NARDAC Insurance Services globally.
Your key role and responsibilities would be:
- Support development and undertake implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Understand the insurance market of London and liaise with the group companies for a smooth placement for the client.
- Understand the organisation’s specialties: Renewable Energy, Power, and Infrastructure; line of businesses and accordingly work with global colleagues to understand client demands and needs, and provide effective operational support and services.
- Ensure drafting of accurate and timely issuance of documentation to clients, maintenance of renewal database, new business, pre-renewals, claims and fiduciary activities performed in India.
- Collate accurate insurance documents, underwriting submissions, and reports to support colleagues negotiate with underwriters on time sensitive transactions.
- Support Country Manager to establish robust SLA framework for the services delivered from India.
- Streamlining and implementing process to help improve timely client service, thereby supporting in creating an efficient client experience.
- Monitor compliance, quality, productivity and efficiency for all the processes and services performed in India.
- Create an effective data management & MI framework for all services in India.
- Promote teamwork and commitment towards the company’s objectives.
The overall goal is to deliver timely, professional, and sustainable service levels for clients and colleagues.
Job Requirements:
The position requires an in-depth knowledge of the practices and procedures that prudent (re)insurance broker businesses must have in place to comply with in different regulatory environments. The individual must demonstrate the following:
- Graduate in degree in law, economics, business, risk management or similar field.
- MBA and/or Knowledge of natural catastrophe modelling software preferred.
- 5+ years relevant industry experience.
- Excellent communication skills (Speaking, listening and writing).
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Inherent high degree of initiative.
- Flexibility to deal with different time zones during the tenure (India, US and UK)
