Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in the Gurgaon/NCR Area. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include creating HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, handling employee grievances, and ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment. The HR Manager will also work with department heads to develop training and development programs to support employee growth. Qualifications Experience in Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Performance Management in a similar environment (technology, skilling, education). Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
