The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for recruiting and staffing, implementing and overseeing employee benefit programs, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining employee records, and providing training and development. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for managing employee relations, facilitating communication between management and employees, and resolving employee conflicts.QualificationsExperience in HR management, recruitment and staffing, and benefit program implementationKnowledge of employment laws and regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesExperience in employee training and developmentAbility to manage employee relations and conflictsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMaster's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is a plus
