About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources. You will play a key role in building a positive work environment, supporting our employees, and ensuring our HR practices align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires.

* Address employee questions and concerns and help resolve workplace issues.

* Support performance reviews and help employees develop their skills.

* Assist with training programs to enhance employee knowledge and growth.

* Contribute to creating and updating workplace policies.

* Support initiatives to keep employees engaged and happy.

* Assist with organizational changes and improvements to HR processes.

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, ideally with some management responsibilities.

* Strong communication and people skills.

* Ability to lead and work with a team.

* Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

* Ability to keep employee information confidential.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
