The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the overall strategic goals of the company.RequirementsExperience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and proceduresStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionExperience working in a remote environmentExperience in the technology industry is a plusWe are specifically looking for candidates with experience in the manufacturing of kitchen and bathroom fittings industry.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
