Please refer the below Job Description. Roles & Responsibility Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for SAP BO reports and dashboards. Monitor scheduled reports and troubleshoot failures in Infoview , CMC , and Infoburst . Respond to incidents and service requests within defined SLAs. Perform root cause analysis and escalate critical issues to development teams. Support report scheduling, bursting, and distribution using Infoburst. Collaborate with business users to resolve data/reporting issues. Maintain documentation for support processes and known issues. Participate in shift rotations , including night and weekend coverage. Required Skills: 3-6 years of experience in SAP Business Objects (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports). Basic knowledge of Infoburst . Good to have knowledge in Tableau Familiarity with SQL and relational databases. Good understanding of incident management and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
