This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admission Counsellor, located in Pune. The Senior Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing detailed information about available programs, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience. Daily tasks include engaging with students via multiple communication channels, assessing their interests and qualifications, and helping them make informed decisions about their education and career paths. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with university partners and internal teams to optimize the admission process. Experience in Customer Service and Sales Background in Education and awareness of educational programs Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the higher education sector is a plus This includes making phone/video calls, admission counselling, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management. · Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and provide constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality. · Being a mentor and guide whom potential learners can look up to for career advice.
