We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual to join our team as a Counsellor (Telesales) in the Education & Training sector. The role involves connecting with prospective students over the phone, understanding their interests, and helping them choose the right educational programs. The position requires a proactive approach, strong communication abilities, and a goal-oriented attitude to achieve successful conversions and deliver an excellent counselling experience. Confident speaker in English, Hindi and Bengali languages Persuasion skills on the phone Skills to persuade people on the phone Good computer skills Industry Type: Education / Training Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Education Qualification: Any graduation degree from any discipline Job Type: Full-time, day shift Commission pay ● Yearly Bonus ● Performance bonus
