The Admission Counselor will interact with prospective students, providing information about BCIPL courses and guiding them through the admission process. The role requires regular collaboration with the admissions team to ensure a seamless and supportive onboarding experience for students. Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales, with the ability to engage and convert potential leads Passion for Education with a focus on guiding and mentoring prospective learners Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital platforms is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Communication, or a related field Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or a similar role will be an advantage
