Client Relationship Management : Develop and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients to secure repeat business.
Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth in the hospitality sector.
Sales Strategies : Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Team Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams such as front office, housekeeping, banquet staff, and IT to ensure smooth operations for corporate bookings and events.
Reporting & Metrics : Track sales performance metrics using CRM tools to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
