Windows Administration
Good knowledge of Windows/Linux Administration and troubleshooting.
Exposure to VPN, Network connectivity issues, User access.
Good understanding of how to troubleshoot Application related issues.
Good understanding/knowledge to create Documentations.
Fast learner.
Knowledge in Azure is an advance.
Scripting knowledge i.e. Powershell, Windows script.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS) and the Microsoft server environment.
Knowledge in Virtualisation.
Monitor and maintain Windows Server operating system.
Familiarity with networking topology concepts.
Good to have at least 1 Azure certification (Administrator, Developer or Architect)
1+ years of relevant work experience with Cloud administration / automation (Knowledge).
Roles & Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting technical problems on a 1st line support.
Identifying the issue and addressing /escalating the issue to the right SPOC and work with relevant SPOC to publish RCA.
Monitoring and Alerting will be BAU activities.
Participate in escalations and outage bridges. Ensure accurate outage status alerts are actioned on a timely basis.
Document SoP of the Environment.
Monitor overall system and infrastructure availability.
Ensures that systems, processes and methodologies are maintained/followed to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.
Participate in upgrades needed to maintain service levels.
Participates in DR/BCP activities of the cloud setup.
Reports the activities/challenges faced on a day-to-day basis. And escalate the impact/impact and communicate accordingly.
