Job Description : Windows ADDS L2 Admin
Location : Bangalore
Exp : 5-7 :
Active Directory Management :
- Implement and maintain Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), including domain controllers.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units, ensuring adherence to security policies1.
- Develop, update, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) across complex multiple domain Administration :
- Install, configure, and upgrade Windows-based systems and servers3.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure stability and efficiency4.
- Perform regular system backups and recovery and Compliance :
- Ensure data security by managing system updates, patches, and antivirus programs3.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements4.
Technical Support :
- Provide technical support for staff and back-end system users4.
- Troubleshoot system and server errors, and resolve network and Reporting :
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and technical responses3.
- Report on system status and performance regularly3.
Skills and Qualifications :
Technical Skills :
- In-depth knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance4.
- Experience with AD DS, GPOs, and network security systems1.
- Ability to create scripts in languages like Perl, Python, etc.4.
Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities4.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills4.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field4.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Windows system administration4.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent are preferred4.
