The Role Pink City Prints is looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Wholesale and Admin Assistant to support our wholesale business and day-to-day operations. You’ll be a key point of contact for our wholesale clients, organising appointments, orders, and follow-ups during our busy wholesale periods, as well as managing order processing, invoicing, and logistics. The role also provides wider administrative and operational support to the team, helping to ensure the smooth running of the Jaipur office and communication between both the London and Jaipur teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic fashion brand at an exciting stage of growth, contributing to our mission of creating beautiful, handcrafted garments with a commitment to sustainability and craftsmanship. Wholesale Manage all wholesale weeks, including sending client invitations and arranging in-person and virtual (Zoom) appointments. Send linesheets to buyers who are unable to attend wholesale weeks and follow up accordingly. Coordinate with the team on ATS (Available to Sell) linesheets, sharing available styles with new and existing clients. Handle day-to-day communication with buyers, including order queries and wholesale enquiries. Maintain clear records of wholesale invoices paid and outstanding; Ensure all key buyer orders meet packaging and paperwork requirements. Customer Service & Admin Support the customer service team when required. Book travel for Molly and the team as needed. Order and maintain office supplies. Create a clear, web split document on excel to show the distribution of stock between the UK, EU and USA warehouses. Experience in a wholesale, logistics, or administrative role. Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
