Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist fluent in Hindi, English, and Tamil, to support our sales efforts and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to build relationships with clients across various regions. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of our brand.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Visits: Visit customers regularly to build strong, long-lasting relationships and understand their needs.
  • Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide customized sealing products by understanding clients' requirements and offering the best products.
  • Market Expansion: Develop new accounts and foster business growth by introducing our products to untapped markets.
  • Sales Proposals: Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and other sales documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional after-sales service and support to retain customers and ensure satisfaction.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Multilingual proficiency: Fluent in Hindi (Spoken) , English , and Tamil to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in the metal, (or) Oil and Gas related sector.
  • A relevant degree in Engineering/Business or related fields.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule with frequent client visits.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A willingness to travel frequently within the region.
