This role oversees room revenue performance across all distribution channels, including OTA, brand website, wholesalers, corporate, and travel trade. The Revenue Manager ensures optimal pricing, evaluates demand trends, and creates strategies that align with the hotel's business objectives. The budget for this position is up to ₹80,000 per month , and immediate joiners are preferred. Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue & Yield Management Develop, implement, and monitor pricing strategies to maximize room revenue. Optimize inventory allocation across OTA, direct website, GDS, wholesale, and offline channels. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly revenue analysis and provide actionable insights. Forecast room demand based on market conditions, events, and historical data. Manage rate parity across all channels using the Channel Manager (e.g., Staah, RateTiger, SiteMinder). 2. Distribution Strategy Monitor OTA performance and strategize for improved visibility and ranking. Coordinate with OTA
