We are a stealth startup trying to revolutionizing how restaurants build loyalty and retain customers. Our platform enables eateries to seamlessly offer and manage loyalty points, giving them powerful tools to drive repeat visits and improve customer retention. With a strong founding team covering product and technology, we're looking for a driven, strategic, and well-networked Co-founder to lead Sales, Operations, and Partner Success.

Role Description

As our Co-founder - Sales & Operations, you'll take ownership of business growth, building strong restaurant partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across the customer lifecycle. You'll be the face of the company to our restaurant partners, shaping our growth in Hyderabad and beyond.

* Sales Leadership

* Develop and execute a GTM strategy to onboard restaurants onto the loyalty platform.

* Build and manage a B2B sales pipeline, close high-value deals, and establish key restaurant partnerships.

* Conduct outreach, demos, and negotiations with decision-makers at F&B establishments.

* Operations & Onboarding

* Lead and scale onboarding processes for new restaurant partners—ensuring a smooth transition from sign-up to activation.

* Establish SOPs for partner support, onboarding playbooks, and CRM workflows.

* Collaborate with Product & Tech to provide feedback and improve partner experience.

* Growth & Market Strategy

* Define and execute expansion strategies in Hyderabad and other Tier-1 cities.

* Lead on-the-ground activities like restaurant events, local F&B partnerships, and trade shows.

* Develop deep insights into partner needs and regional market trends to shape product-market fit.

* Team Building & Leadership

* Hire and lead a high-performing sales and operations team as the business scales.

* Mentor junior team members and create a performance-driven sales culture.

Qualifications

* 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales or operations, ideally in the Food & Beverage / Restaurant Tech space.

* Proven network within the Hyderabad F&B industry – strong relationships with restaurant owners/managers is a big plus.

* Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment, ideally with some exposure to SaaS or loyalty/CRM platforms.

* Strategic thinker with strong execution and negotiation skills.

* Fluent in English and Telugu; Hindi is a bonus.

* Ready to roll up sleeves and own the P&L, targets, and daily grind of startup building.
