Position: MongoDB Database Administrator (DBA)Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore (Rotational Shifts)Experience: 5+ YearsImmediate Joiners OnlyJob Summary:Looking for a skilled MongoDB DBA to manage large-scale, distributed environments. Responsible for performance, scalability, availability, and security of mission-critical systems.Key Responsibilities:- Install, configure, and manage MongoDB in dev, test, and prod.- Handle replication, sharding, backups, patching, and upgrades.- Monitor performance and optimize queries, indexing, and schema.- Implement HA, DR, and security best practices.- Collaborate with DevOps and app teams for integration and tuning.- Automate routine DBA tasks using scripting (Bash, Python).- Participate in 24x7 support and on-call rotations.Required Skills:- 5–7 years as MongoDB DBA (Replica sets & Sharded clusters).- Versions: MongoDB 5.x & 6.x- Strong in performance tuning, backup/recovery, and Linux scripting.- Tools: Ops Manager, Cloud Manager, Ansible, Prometheus/Grafana.- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.Nice to Have:- MongoDB Certification- MongoDB Atlas / AWS DocumentDB experience- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, and other NoSQL/RDBMS.Soft Skills:- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and lead when needed.Interested & available to join immediately?Send your resume to:
