Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms. Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies to improve ROI. Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to maximize conversions and reduce CAC. Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to deliver impactful ad creatives and landing page experiences. Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging growth channels. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to internal teams/clients. Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, with strong results in lead generation & e-commerce. Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and marketing automation tools . Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools . Experience in scaling ad spends efficiently while maintaining ROI. Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with funnels, CRO, and remarketing strategies . Knowledge of email automation tools, CRM systems, and landing page builders . Agency experience handling multiple brands will be a plus.
