We are looking for a Research Manager / Senior Research Consultant (Healthcare Domain) who can lead projects, prepare proposals, communicate effectively with clients, and deliver impactful custom healthcare research and insights.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and execute custom research projects within the healthcare and life sciences domain.- Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations.- Prepare client proposals and presentations for new project requirements.- Manage and guide a team of researchers, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.- Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations.- Ensure research accuracy through proficiency in Excel and data validation tools.Requirements:- 4–5 years of experience in healthcare market research or consulting.- Strong understanding of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology, and diagnostics.- Hands-on experience with primary research (interviews, surveys, expert calls, etc.) Proven ability to create client proposals and present insights effectively.- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.*Only healthcare professionals can apply.
