We are looking for a Research Manager / Senior Research Consultant (Healthcare Domain) who can lead projects, prepare proposals, communicate effectively with clients, and deliver impactful custom healthcare research and insights. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute custom research projects within the healthcare and life sciences domain. - Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations. - Prepare client proposals and presentations for new project requirements. - Manage and guide a team of researchers, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables. - Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations. - Ensure research accuracy through proficiency in Excel and data validation tools. Requirements: - 4–5 years of experience in healthcare market research or consulting. - Strong understanding of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology, and diagnostics. - Hands-on experience with primary research (interviews, surveys, expert calls, etc.) Proven ability to create client proposals and present insights effectively. - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams. *Only healthcare professionals can apply.
