As a Senior Manager in the Oracle ERP/EPM Engineering team, you will lead and manage a team of Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Principal Engineers in Hyderabad. Your role will focus on people leadership, performance management, and career development, ensuring that team members are engaged, supported, and growing in alignment with global ERP/EPM transformation. You will be the local leader, working closely with US-based managers to connect business priorities with team outcomes
Lead and manage a high-performing ERP/EPM engineering team in Hyderabad.
Drive performance management, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews.
Partner with HR to manage talent development, employee engagement, retention, and career growth.
Champion T-Mobile’s values of diversity, inclusion, and belonging in everyday team practices.
Ensure team alignment with global ERP/EPM delivery standards and business priorities.
Promote employee well-being, work-life balance, and recognition programs.
12+ years of IT/ERP/EPM experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role.
~ Strong experience in performance management, coaching, and talent development.
~ Oracle GL and Subledger Accounting
Experience managing Oracle ERP/EPM engineering teams.
Familiarity with HR processes and tools (performance systems, engagement surveys, succession planning).
Exposure to Agile delivery models and global collaboration practices.
