About the role

As a Marketing Operations Associate at Avataar, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to work across various facets of marketing operations. From running ABM campaigns and outbound efforts to optimizing SEO and managing key marketing tools, you’ll be at the centre of operational excellence. What You'll Do

Campaign Execution & Insights

  • Run ABM Campaigns : Manage end-to-end Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.
  • Outbound Campaigns : Set up and manage outbound campaigns, ensuring every message resonates and drives engagement.

SEO & Website Updates

  • Keep our website optimized for search engines, implement on-page SEO updates, and ensure we’re climbing the rankings.

Operational Excellence

  • Be the go-to person for tactical marketing operations, including HubSpot, CRM databases, analytics tools, and marketing automation.
  • Maintain workflows, troubleshoot issues, and handle daily requests to ensure smooth execution across systems.

Data-Driven Marketing

  • Build reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure data hygiene and accuracy across marketing systems.

Job Requirements

We’re looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy marketer who loves diving into the nitty-gritty of campaigns, tools, and data.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, CRM platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation systems.
  • Experience running ABM or outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics and experience implementing updates on websites.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive analysis and productively debate ideas with team members.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-starter attitude with a knack for solving problems and making things happen.
