Bootstrapped since inception, we’ve built a powerful suite of products that empower enterprises to extract insights, optimize infrastructure, and make smarter, data-driven decisions.We’re looking for an experienced Lead Implementation Engineer with strong expertise in ITSM tools and hands-on experience in implementing ITSM solutions for enterprise customers.What You’ll Do:- Design and implement ITSM architectures for enterprise clients.- Lead end-to-end ITSM tool implementations and integrations.- Collaborate with DevOps, Product, Support, and Security teams for smooth project delivery.- Conduct customer workshops, technical trainings, and solution handovers.- Develop documentation, best practices, and mentor junior engineers.What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience in ITSM implementation (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Microfocus, Zoho Service Desk).- Exposure to monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK Stack, Broadcom).- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and network architectures (secure zones, DMZ).- Experience with on-premises and cloud deployments.- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.- ITIL certification preferred.- Hands-on with Linux/Unix and OS environments.Life at Motadata:- Work Life Balance :- We Encourage it.
