Bootstrapped since inception, we've built a powerful suite of products that empower enterprises to extract insights, optimize infrastructure, and make smarter, data-driven decisions. We're looking for an experienced Lead Implementation Engineer with strong expertise in ITSM tools and hands-on experience in implementing ITSM solutions for enterprise customers. What You'll Do: - Design and implement ITSM architectures for enterprise clients. - Lead end-to-end ITSM tool implementations and integrations. - Collaborate with DevOps, Product, Support, and Security teams for smooth project delivery. - Conduct customer workshops, technical trainings, and solution handovers. - Develop documentation, best practices, and mentor junior engineers. What We're Looking For: - Proven experience in ITSM implementation (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Microfocus, Zoho Service Desk). - Exposure to monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK Stack, Broadcom). - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and network architectures (secure zones, DMZ). - Experience with on-premises and cloud deployments. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - ITIL certification preferred. - Hands-on with Linux/Unix and OS environments.
